If you are experienced or interested in using your hands to help build cabinets from start to finish, and to grow into installing them yourself, please read on. We are currently searching for a Cabinet Installation Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career in the field of installation.

The Cabinet Installation Assistant will:
  • Assist Lead Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive and profitable fashion in our customers homes.
  • Helps experienced installers by preparing job sites, loading/unloading materials, measuring, cutting wood, holding cabinets, and performing cleanup.
  • Focusing on hands-on learning with tools like saws and drills to build carpentry skills for installation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. 
  • Operate company tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements
  • No degree, certification, or specific experience is required. We are looking for coachable candidates! 
  • Clean driving record.
  • Able to pass DOT physical.
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual.
  • Requires physical stamina and attention to detail to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Possess and maintain a current driver’s license, good driving record, and able to operate company vehicle in safe manner. 
  • A team-player.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
