Closets by Design is well established and growing custom closet and home organizing company. We are currently looking to add an Installation Administrator. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and is able to multi task. You must be able to fill the position immediately.
Job Summary:
- As an Installation Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the installation team by managing administrative tasks related to time tracking and job documentation.
- You will ensure accurate recording and filing of employee time clock punches and maintain an organized schedule through daily comparisons with Google Sheets.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in using Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Time Clock Management:
- Monitor and maintain time clock punches for installation employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of work hours and attendance records.
2. Schedule Comparison:
- Conduct daily comparisons of installed job schedules with actual job completions.
- Update and maintain Google Sheets to reflect project statuses and schedules.
3. Documentation:
- File and organize completed job documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports on installation progress and employee hours as needed.
4. Communication:
- Collaborate with the installation team and management to address scheduling discrepancies.
- Provide updates and insights regarding project completion and employee attendance.
5. Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties to support the installation department.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for upcoming installations and meetings.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in scheduling or timekeeping.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
